These positions can bebased at Darwin or Remote Mining Operations offering a dynamic and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the workshop supervisor your primary responsibilities will involve:
- Carrying out mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on vehicles plant and mobile equipment as per OEM guidelines.
- Managing breakdowns of equipment and vehicles to maximise operational productivity.
- Assisting in the development and training of coworkers.
Our Successful Applicant should possess:
- Qualifications: Cert III in Mechanical or Engineering Trade qualifications.
- Experience: Proven proficiency in drill rig repair and maintenance.
- Skills: Preferably adept at hydraulic problemsolving.
- Additional Assets: Trade qualification in Diesel/Automotive/Mechanical disciplines 2 years of repair and maintenance experience and field service experience (desirable but not essential).
