As a Marketing Operations Executive in Mews you will play a vital role in our marketing processes and structure. You will be responsible for maintaining and creating data processes working closely with key stakeholders in other teams to understand their needs and deliver solutions for scale.
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Lead you will be given the flexibility to uncover opportunities using data within the different systems and ensure that the daytoday marketing operations tasks are completed for proper and timely tracking of MQLs.

Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Be an internal authority on operationalising marketing programs working across all Marketing teams to support. Educate document and implement where needed.
- Partner internally to influence and guide the overall design and usage of our marketing technology campaign requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Be a strategic advisor to crossfunctional teams guiding how they explore their data and motions. Collaborate with the technical campaign deployment team to ensure data privacy and GDPR compliance.
- Support the management of daytoday processes and flows between HubSpot Salesforce Qualified and other critical systems as well as maintaining our marketing database quality and health.
- Own different processes that help data cleanliness data structure and how data is passed from system to system.
- Investigate any marketing system interruptions that impact the Marketing team and Mews as a whole. This also includes all funnelrelated data within HubSpot Salesforce and PowerBI.
- Research the latest trends and tools in marketing operations that could help the marketing team be more efficient and help Mews continue to scale.
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- You have 3 years of marketing operations/automation experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
- You have worked alongside (or as part of) a marketing team and understand the endtoend of an integrated marketing campaign.
- You have worked with Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce and have the confidence and ability to diagnosis a problem at the source.
- You are genuinely curious about how things work: you want to go under the hood and see things work together and arent afraid to dive into the details.
- You are an extraordinary communicator and project manager. You can handle many moving parts across multiple teams within Marketing and Sales Operations.
- You are not afraid of an evolving and fastchanging environment.
