Working with the eCARE Project Director the site CIO the eCARE Clinical Readiness Director the eCARE Revenue Leader and the McLean Project Executive EVP/(COO) the Operational Readiness Project Director is responsible for coordinating the implementation activities across the hospital while liaising with the eCARE leadership team to ensure that the eCare deliverables are met. This position is responsible for the implementation process and needs of the hospital ensuring strategies are in line with how the hospital operations work. She/he will support decisions and change management within the user community in collaboration with the Partners eCare Implementation process. This position will oversee the Operational Readiness Project Directors the Training Lead Human Resources Lead Communication Lead EMR Support Lead and the Entity Manual Conversion Lead.McLean Hospital has multiple sites going live with Partners eCare with an anticipated golive date of first calendar quarter 2017 for the many sites. This position is temporary position with expectations of incumbent remaining on the project through at least 6months post golive to ensure stability and transition to operations. Ability to manage large scales projects is essential. Employment at McLean Hospital is contingent upon a successful CORI (Criminal Background Check) National Background Check and clearance from the Occupational Health Department.Bachelors Degree in Business Healthcare or related required; Clinical Degree and/or Masters preferred. Must have 10 years related experience including experience with healthcare clinical systems. Must have 5 years of experience managing projects. Prior clinical experience or clinical operations management experience essential Expert level knowledge of healthcare operations and related business processes. Strong experience with use of change management techniques and the ability to apply them. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills. Ability to formulate and execute a strategy Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed reporting environment. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and build consensus crossfunctional teams. Ability to build consensus across teams with staff and leadership.
