Step into an active challenged project and quickly gain situational awareness to identify critical issues risks and paths to resolution.

act as a key program interface for the agencys technical ocm and functional teams facilitating technical and enterprise system requirements are

coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups including vendors agency business teams erp specialists and executive sponsors.
provide structure and clarity in areas such as risk management issue resolution scope control and milestone accountability.
Required skills
proven experience as a program manager for large-scale enterprise it implementations - ideally including
Cloud-based procurement or erp- related systems.
experience in projects involving procurement systems or erp platforms (e.g. oracle sap workday).
familiarity with financial system migrations from legacy systems other modernization efforts.
pmp certification

The South Carolina Department of Administration Division of Enterprise Applications is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide hands-on leadership and structure to a large complex project transitioning from a large State agencys legacy financial system to the States ERP system (SCEIS). This project is currently being rebaselined and the contractor will play a critical role in guiding it through implementing disciplined program management and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
The Program Manager will support the state agencys technology interests ensuring successful execution greater accountability and strong alignment with project goals. The contractor will work closely within the PMO team and partner with an external agency that owns the business process and vendor relationship.
