Your experience in the Collision repair industry has led you to this!Full time permanent Estimator position available now at our Dandenong branch.
This is an essential role within the management team assisting with daytoday production and youll be joining the WINNER of the Best Workplace (MSO) Paint and Panel Awards 2024!

So who can be an Estimator at SMART
- Automotive repair industry experience including Repairs Refinishing Assembly Technician and Dismantling are all highly regarded.
- We dont expect you to know absolutely everything about all makes and models of cars but you should have good literacy skills to be able to follow documented methods.
- Youll also have good computer skills. While we train you with our inhouse systems youll already have the ability to professionally construct and respond to emails when dealing with customers and suppliers.
- A proven ability to work within timeframes while working with and motivating your team to produce quality outcomes.
- Our roles are fulltime and permanent so you must be an AU / NZ citizen or permanent resident.
- Most importantly you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself your colleagues and your customers.
