The Dominos Pizza International team in The Netherlands is seeking an International Brand Director that has a proven history of developing effective marketing strategies and driving growth across diverse markets.
This role will be responsible for partnering with Master Franchisee organizations within the Europe region.
In this role you will:
- Define tailor and prioritize relevant strategic initiatives to accelerate sustainable and profitable sales growth and to develop the Brand.
- Maintain marketspecific expertise in marketing and brand topics including product & service offerings pricing and communication.
- Leverage insights and bestpractices from marketspecific product value and campaign initiatives as well as share market needs to continuously improve DPI tools playbooks and frameworks.
- Develops strong relationships with CMO and broader marketing teams within the Master Franchisee Organizations.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) of Dominos Pizza International (DPI) for brandrelated questions for the markets in scope.
- Lead consultations on marketing and brandrelated topics such as pricing brand positioning menu management product development digital and media optimization. Engage DPIs subjectmatter experts on projects requiring deeper expertise.
- Educate markets on creating comprehensive marketing strategies based on Dominos principles and provide guidance in making datadriven marketing decisions.
- Train and provide access to tools frameworks and resources for pricing brand positioning product development and media strategies. Ensure the use of Dominos Global Playbooks for brand consistency.
- Support the development and optimization of ecommerce plans that align with broader marketing and media strategies.
- Foster a collaborative culture and lead with a unified and ambitious vision.
Qualifications :
- Strong academic credentials preferably an MBA.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years in the restaurant or QSR industry and in a multimarket capacity. Experience in developing comprehensive marketing strategies within a multichannel business model.
- A history of leading and developing highperformance teams.
- Experience in consulting and P&L ownership is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead and influence at the Csuite level.
- Proficiency in a second language spoken within the region is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in datadriven decisionmaking.
- Demonstrated ownership to drive content and action through proactive problemsolving pragmatism and the ability to handle ambiguity with a continuous learning mindset. Solid project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative complex crossfunctional team environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30 within the region and internationally depending on business needs.
