Job Description

Location: Ann Arbor MI and onsite MondayThursday with Friday being a flexible day.

The Intl 3P Strategy Manager is charged with supporting Dominos Pizza International (DPI) to achieve fair share of aggregator sales through leadership of new & existing relationships with key international aggregator partners & driving progress through roadmap planning prioritization and leading business review processes. The incumbent will also define and lead DPIs 3P operational strategy including optimizing fulfillment rate and targeted usage of expanded use cases (ie. 3P drivers pickup).


Key Responsibilities

Negotiate & Manage International Aggregator Partnerships 50

  •  Manage the relationship with aggregators with whom DPZ has global / regional deals to maximize value to DPZ & Master Franchisees ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Serve as DPI center of the wheel for aggregators lead internal and external stakeholders on creation of partnership roadmaps & drive ongoing alignment on progress and prioritization
  •  Drive DPI/aggregator business reviews with a defined process that drives alignment on KPI performance and opportunities to action with MF teams
  • Monitor SLAs and surface opportunities to maximize customer experience & DPZ/MF impact
  • Partner with regional teams on market opportunities & manage issue escalations to global team
  • Partner with Procurement and Legal to negotiate & manage contracts

Lead Development of 3P Drive & Pickup Strategy 50

  • Define the DPI strategy to balance targeted usage while mitigating risk with a framework guiding where when and how to operationalize
  •  Serve as DPI SME partner with markets and regional team to analyze financial & operational impact of varying models (ie. E2E vs. DaaS) as well as use cases (ie. unlock capacity or daypart expand delivery zones)
  • Facilitate 3P Driver Forum to share learnings across markets
  •  Develop living playbook to codify learnings and enable business team to consult with markets
  • Codify and manage brand standards to drive uniform expectations and rules of the road
  • Launch and manage variance process with training & support that enable strong
  • Develop / update dashboards for adoption and business impact KPIs 
     

Qualifications :

    Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or other related field or equivalent experience
    MUST have experience working at a Food Delivery Aggregator or QSR in this type of role
    Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills
    Strong communicator with ability to build relationships & influence at all levels of the organization.
    Selfmotivated and high degree of organization and bias towards action
    Strong project management skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
    Collaborative and innovative mindset with drive to continually learn and improve
    International acuity with ability to travel internationally up to 10 depending on business needs
    Must be willing to be based in Ann Arbor MI
