Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nursesfor one of our PostAcute Care partners in Portland TN! See below for full details and benefits.
Salary Range: $32.00/hr $32.00/hr
Schedule: PRN
Position Requirements:
- Current and Active TN LPN License
- COVID Hep B Flu Vaccinations
- Current BLS or CPR/AED Certification
- Current Tuberculosis Screening
- Background and Drug Screen
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and chart patients medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients conditions and response to care plan reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients care plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
