About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Emerging Talent Advisor to join our team. This role is critical in supporting a diverse range of stakeholders within the People & Culture (P&C) team and across the organisation.
You will be managing the full lifecycle of Emerging Talent programs focusing on our Interns Trainees Apprenticeships Scholars and Work Experience Cohorts. (This role doesnt manage the Graduate Program.
You will oversee the endtoend delivery of these programs from designing assessment methodologies to purposeful development and play an instrumental role in supporting the wider team in optimising and improving program management through data analysis and feedback.
As an integral part of the team you will manage a variety of activities and ensure the smooth coordination of all early talent initiatives ensuring that our talent pipelines remain strong and that each participant is supported throughout their journey with us.
