Job Description
ESS provides multiservice capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback
Multiple positions available at West Wyalong camp
- Kitchen staff working 14 days on 7 days off yearly salary $74454
- Local Casual Allrounders $25.03 Base $31.29 inclusive of loading
- Cleaners working 4 days on 3 days off yearly salary $55559
- Chefs working 14 days on 7 days off yearly salary $90000 (FIFO Sydney or local DIDO)
- Residential position in West Wyalong NSW. You will be home every night!
The Position:
Kitchen Staff: Your tasks will include but not limited to. Cleaning the kitchen dish/pot wash rubbish removal restocking food items cleaning kitchen equipment mopping/scrubbing floors chemical handling stock unloading cleaning dining rooms vacuuming/mopping
Cleaning Staff: Your tasks will include but not limited to. Making linen packs scrubbing bathrooms cleaning toilets changing bedsheets making bedsrestocking linen trolleys dusting mopping vacuuming cleaning common areas rubbish removal
Chefs: Bulk cooking bulk prep food safety Breakfast/dinner/desserts adhere to all food safety practices temperature monitoring correct cooling/storage of food items prepare dishes according to a planned menu
The Person:
- Industrial cleaning or housekeeping experience required.
- Kitchen handbased experience required.
- Team player and be flexible to work in all departments including nightshift.
- Ability to always follow safety policies and procedures.
- Comfortable undertaking a preemployment medical/Drug screen.
- Current drivers license and own transport
- Police Check Desired
- Chefs will be trade certified with a minimum in cert 3 commercial cookery
