Position Overview:

The Operations team which works within Care.coms HomePay Program provides ongoing client tax support and account management ensuring highquality service and operational efficiency. This role focuses on continuously improving processes to exceed client expectations while working closely with Sales and Consulting teams to meet service deliverables.

This handson position requires excellent communication skills professionalism and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is detailoriented highly organized and comfortable in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.

What Youll Do:

• Prioritize daily workload effectively.
• Apply for and maintain client tax accounts at federal state and local levels.
• Process client mail related to tax accounts daily.
• Maintain relationships with state and local government agencies to enhance client service.
• Manage quarterly and annual projects including missing tax identification numbers tax account closures and state tax rate updates.
• Handle special projects as needed.

Who You Are:

• Bachelors degree in Business or Economics preferred not required.
• 13 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple timesensitive projects under competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding case closure quotas.
• Team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Salary Range: $24.00$26.00/hr.

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position.Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.coms total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short and longterm incentives. In addition Care provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage life and disability insurance a generous 401K employer matching program paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
