Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Pathways To Life. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting sourcing and selecting top talent to support our mission of providing exceptional behavioral health services. This position requires a deep understanding of the behavioral health field and a passion for connecting qualified candidates with meaningful employment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the agency.
Utilize various sourcing methods including online job boards social media networking events and industry partnerships.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
Conduct thorough candidate assessments interviews and reference checks to ensure alignment with the agencys values and requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific position requirements and tailor recruitment processes accordingly.
Employer Branding:
Promote and enhance the agencys employer brand to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records and documentation.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and contribute to workforce planning.
Communicate effectively with candidates providing timely updates and feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter preferably in the behavioral health or healthcare industry.
Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and understanding of relevant industry challenges.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
