Job Description

Regional Sales Manager Lighting Projects Texas

Our client is a tierone global manufacturer of leadingedge lighting fixtures controls and EV charging products. Join this industry leader as a Regional Sales Manager in Commercial Lighting Solutions where your technical sales expertise and passion for lighting will drive new project sales across Texas. Youll establish and nurture relationships with end users facility managers engineers and contractors to specify our products and address diverse lighting requirements.

Manage multiple projects while guiding and supporting your team. Travel frequently within the region and nationally to connect with industry professionals and drive negotiations. Youll need strong time management integrity and business acumen. Cold calling and building relationships with target groups are essential for business growth and executing strategic sales plans.

To excel you should have a minimum of five years in the lighting industry with knowledge of lighting and control systems a proven track record and a stable work history. A bachelors degree and Lighting Certification (LC) are highly desired.
