Express Service Technician Qualifications

• Previous Automotive experience/training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn new technology repair and service processes.
• Able to operate basic electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to preemployment drug screen and background check

Express Service Technician Responsibilities

• Must be able to clearly communicate
• Perform accurate diagnostics repairs & thorough multipoint inspections
• Maintain Lincoln training certifications
• Work closely with Advisor and Parts Teams
• Must be able to work within a Team Environment
