What You Will Do
The Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications (Email Marketing) will lead the and optimization of COOPs email marketing campaigns leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot) and other tools. This role focuses on audience segmentation automation and performance analytics to engage stakeholders including alumni program participants donors and partners.
Youll be responsible for designing and deploying email campaigns building segmented workflows and collaborating crossfunctionally with teams to enhance digital communications. This role requires technical expertise in email marketing platforms specifically MCAE (Pardot) as well as the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Who We Need
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in designing and deploying emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) Salesforce NPC and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be adept at building complex segmented audiences and workflows to maximize the impact of digital campaigns.

Currently all COOP team members are working remotely and attending a onceamonth inperson coworking and teambuilding day at our colocated space in lower Manhattan (Civic Hall 124 E 14th St New York NY 10003 for NYC team members and in San Francisco (Swissnex San Francisco Pier 17 The Embarcadero Suite 800 San Francisco CA 94111 for Bay Area team members or a mutually convenient coworking location for our Los Angeles Chicago and Miami team members.
All employees must reside within commuting distance (approximately two hours) of a COOP Program site located in the following cities: Chicago Los Angeles Miami New York Bay Area and within the states of CA CT FL IL IN NJ or NY.
