Relias retail division seeks a marketing specialist to join our digital advertising operations team which is responsible for executing marketing campaigns for our growing portfolio of eCommerce brands and advertising clients. This role will start with a heavy focus on email marketing but is likely to expand into supporting a multichannel digital marketing strategy. This is a great position for you if you are looking for a fastpaced highproductivity team where you can apply your marketing skills and add to them.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Support digital marketing efforts for internal marketing managers and external advertising clients with a heavy focus on email
- Design and custom emails in partnership with marketing managers and agency clients
- Send all designs through testing/proof approval process and apply changes as requested by stakeholders and troubleshoot email HTML as needed
- Ensure all collateral meets established brand standards and is designed mobilefirst
- Build and maintain productive professional relationships with marketing and sales managers
- Implement marketing automation programs (nurture/drip campaigns)
- Define and launch email A/B tests and apply learnings to future campaigns
- Design digital display banners and graphics for social media channels
- Complete all creative deliverables on deadline
- Assist with the creation of marketing landing pages for use with paid organic and email marketing strategies
- Other marketing duties as assigned
YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field
- Creative aptitude and an eye for appealing digital design (design portfolio will be requested)
- Attention to detail
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects at one time
- 23 years experience in a graphic design role
- 23 years experience with HTML/CSS (heavy focus on email)
- Experience using an ESP (e.g. Mailchimp Marketo Eloqua)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign DreamWeaver)
- Understanding of email marketing bestpractices
- Copywriting experience/ability a plus
- Cando attitude and a thirst for learning and implementing new marketing bestpractices
