Website Management: Ensure our website is optimized for user experience search engines and conversion keeping content fresh relevant and compelling.
Content Marketing: Develop and implement a robust content marketing calendar including articles blogs videos and visual assets that highlight our cruises destinations and exceptional service.
Online Advertising (PPC/SEM): Plan execute and optimize online advertising campaigns across relevant platforms to drive targeted traffic and direct bookings.
Online Travel Agent (OTA) Management: Strategically manage our listings and promotions on platforms like Expedia and to maximize visibility and conversions.
Online Customer Interactions: Actively monitor and engage with online reviews comments and inquiries across all digital touchpoints ensuring timely and effective communication.
Public Communications: Draft and distribute compelling communications including press releases and public statements to enhance brand image and media relations.
Performance Analysis: Monitor analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to achieve KPIs.
Guest Feedback Leverage: Work closely with operational teams to understand guest feedback and integrate it into digital marketing and communication strategies to enhance the guest journey and brand perception.
Requirements
-minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar Digital Marketing and Communications role within the hospitality travel or lifestyle industry or service-based sector.
-Fluent in both Arabic and English
Digital Expertise: Solid working understanding and hands-on experience with:
o Social media management platforms and strategies.
o Online advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads social media advertising).
o Managing and optimizing listings on Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms (e.g. Expedia ).
o Website content management systems.
o Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track performance.
Problem-Solving & Proactivity: An exceptional ability to creatively find workarounds for obstacles and achieve desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through innovative solutions. You must be proactive and solution-oriented.
