Job Description

Freshworks is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to develop and deliver effective enablement programs collaborate with stakeholders and deliver training to empower the Americas Field (AE/AM) and Business Development (BD) teams to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and product enablement with experience delivering training developing content optimizing sales processes and handson experience in direct selling roles. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and deliver engaging and informative sales training programs both inperson and virtually that align with the overall sales strategy and goals
  • Regularly communicate with the field to gather feedback assess needs and ensure the sales enablement program meets the evolving requirements of the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing product and enablement partner teams to create highquality sales collateral presentations and playbooks that effectively communicate product value propositions and sales messaging 
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop customized training plans for sales teams
  • Develop and implement training programs that empower sales managers with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively coach and lead their teams
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to sales managers ensuring they are equipped to reinforce best practices drive team performance and address individual development needs
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement 

Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tue Thur) from our San Mateo CA headquarters. 


Qualifications :

  • 5 years of combined experience in enablement and sales preferably in a technology or SaaS company 
  • Extremely strong delivery skills both inperson and virtually 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field; additional certifications in training and development are a plus. 


Additional Information :

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of jobrelated factors such as professional background training work experience business needs and market demand. Therefore in some circumstances the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus. 

Compensation Package

$113600 $163000 Base Salary
