Job Description
Job Title: Deputy Manager Technology Department: Technology. Reporting To: Senior manager. Team size: 23 reportees. Location: Mumbai. Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 56 years. Brief: The software development manager should manage the entire process of Researching designing implementing and managing software programs and also should design and develop applications using .NET platforms. Responsibility: Build highperforming scalable enterprisegrade applications. Actively participate in full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing Ensure designs are in compliance with requirements best practices in terms of security performance and scalability Version Management & Release of Software components through a welldocumented build Strive for continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and presenting these to higher management for approval Ability to effectively liaison with external and internal customers. Responsible for all documentation unit testing regression testing and support during Integration Testing / UAT Have to meet requisite timelines while maintaining high levels of software quality. Skills: Software Development experience using .NET .Net Core ASP C#.NET SQL Server ASP MVC Application jQuery Proficient in C# MVC and Entity Framework Expertise in SQL Server Database Management Skilled in Web API Development and Integration Understanding of ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) Principles Competence in Agile and Waterfall Project Management Methodologies Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and Design Patterns Develop enhance document and maintain application features in C#/Asp Deep understanding of ALM SDLC practices and procedures (CI Jenkins Git github NuGet artifcatory) Deep understanding of Advanced technology (e.g. Classloading Memory Management Transaction management Multithreading etc) Knowledge of Relational Databases Postgres and ORM technologies Ability to quickly prototype requirements and validate with endclients Exposure to Transit environment will be an added advantage Should be familiar with application security and other information security best practices. Good & effective communication in English language Ability to lead inspire and motivate teams through effective communication and established credibility Cando attitude innovative thinking and nimble working style will be advantageous.
