Job Description

The Liaison Officer will serve as the primary ontheground point of contact between a film fund production companies investors and the consulting team managing the fund. This individual will ensure efficient communication administrative tracking and strategic support for the daytoday operations of the fund. They will be responsible for facilitating smooth interactions between all stakeholders and providing project management support to ensure the funds successful operation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Communication & Liaison Support

Act as the primary liaison between Strategy& investors production companies and the fund.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between all stakeholders ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
Provide timely responses to inquiries and requests from investors and production partners.
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings both inperson and virtual ensuring key stakeholders are informed and prepared.
Take detailed meeting notes and circulate action items to relevant parties.

2. Administrative & Project Management Support
Track and manage all lowlevel administrative and operational tasks related to the funds activities.
Maintain a centralized repository (MS OneDrive) for all documentation including contracts financial records and project updates.
Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Oversee the reporting of ongoing film production progress and liaise with production companies to collect and verify updates.
Assist in tracking budgets actuals and financial allocations across projects.

3. Strategic Analysis & Reporting
Support the consulting team in conducting movie evaluation reports assessing both commercial and artistic viability.
Assist with financial planning and budget allocation for projects supported by the fund.
Develop materials for Board of Directors meetings including presentation decks and status reports.
Compile status updates on fund activities ensuring transparency and accuracy in reporting.
Track action items from meetings and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure completion.

4. Oversight & Operational Coordination
Monitor ongoing film productions supported by the fund and report on progress challenges and key milestones.
Identify and escalate potential risks or delays as needed.
Provide general support to ensure the efficient daytoday management of the funds operations.

5. Other Duties as Assigned
Provide additional support as required to facilitate the effective running of the fund.
Participate in ad hoc research data collection and analysis to support decisionmaking.


Additional Information :

  • Must be onsite at the clients office and comfortable that the overseeing consulting team is working remotely
  • Contract to 31Dec2025
