About the Role
Were looking for a Casual Field Representative to join Retail Select Team and provide a range of services in the hardware and gardening departments at the Bunnings store in Mount Isa. You will work with our products across Dulux Selleys Yates and Cabots to continue to grow and win in the marketplace. As a member of our team youll have the ownership and support you need to succeed both from your leaders and your colleagues.
The focus of the role is to deliver instore visual merchandising services aligned to a specific our service level agreements and to support train and deliver instore projects. You will be an instore ambassador for our business and build strong relationships with both the Bunnings and the DuluxGroup teams.
In this autonomous role you will play a key role in enabling our sales teams to execute their roles support their instore strategies and provide the best possible shopping experience for our consumers. You will also have the opportunity to understand our marketing fundamentals from the ground up. Although this is a casual role there are multiple pathways for development into other businesses within the DuluxGroup and/or fulltime roles.

This is a casual role offering 4 hours per week.
Please note: Due to the nature of merchandising this position can be somewhat physically challenging from time to time.

Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
- Ordering merchandising and stock presentation (including manual handling)
- Maintaining instore displays
- Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
- Assist with major planogram initiatives

Skills & Experience
- Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
- Selfmotivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a valid drivers license and have your own vehicle
- Sound computer skills
- Strong time management prioritisation skills and own initiative
