Performance Outcomes in the First 612 Months:
As a Level 3 Technical Support Engineer youll gain handson experience with VMware by Broadcoms vSphere technology to assist customers in troubleshooting and overcoming challenges in complex environments.
Have 5 years of industry experience in Virtualization domain.
The first step is upskilling in our support processes and products while understanding how we operate as part of a global team.
Youll then begin troubleshooting customer issues supported by tenured engineers leveraging the knowledge youve gained.
Regular collaboration with the engineering team will allow you to resolve technical and politically escalated issues.
As you develop your skills you can expand your expertise into additional product lines or specialize in areas of interest within our product portfolio.
Over time youll continue to grow through ongoing training learning tools and research opportunities.
Approaching the 12month mark you may have the chance to share your knowledge with newer team members fostering collaboration and team growth.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
As a Level 3 Technical Support Engineer in the VCF Division youll be responsible for resolving customer technical issues ensuring a seamless support experience. The ideal candidate will be motivated eager to learn possess strong customer service skills and embrace challenges.
In this role you will:
Troubleshoot research and resolve issues using labs log bundles knowledge bases and collaboration tools.
Partner with engineering field teams and technical experts to resolve issues improving the customer experience.
Contribute to creating and updating knowledge articles for global circulation based on your troubleshooting experiences.
Engage with customers to provide worldclass support and resolve queries efficiently.
Youll be empowered to develop your skills in communication technical expertise time and queue management and applied logic.

Schedule & Location:
This role requires flexibility to work on a FriTues schedule with possible shifts including US hours.
The position is based out of VMware by Broadcoms office in Bangalore and we welcome candidates from the surrounding area.
