The Marketing Content Manager oversees development of compelling content that communicates our brands story and reflects our values of exclusivity and elegance. This role will focus on crafting highend marketing content strategies across various channels ensuring our brands narrative appeals to affluent travelers. You will collaborate with creative teams external partners and other marketing professionals to create campaigns that highlight our unique offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy for B2C and B2B that aligns with the brands goals and resonates with Orient Express guests and prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop storytelling initiatives around product experience and crosscommunicate across platforms and channels.
- Work with brand team and agency partners to drive highquality visual and written content for digital platforms print materials press releases and other channels that convey our luxury brand message.
- Mapping of customer journey to ensure customer touchpoints are elevated to match Orient Express luxury service principles.
- Develop engaging educational selling tools and webinar content for internal sales teams Guest Care Center B2B trade and MICE partners and prospects.
- Collaborate with external partners such as luxury brands influencers and media to develop cobranded content that amplifies our reach.
- Plan and execute storytelling initiatives for new product launches highprofile events and unique yacht itineraries.
- Conduct market and audience research to inform the brands content direction and ensure it remains fresh relevant and engaging to elite travelers.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and ensure that all marketing materials reflect our sophisticated identity.
- Maintains content calendar assets and timelines.
- Assist with marketing budget and planning.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a contentfocused marketing role ideally within luxury cruise brands travel or hospitality.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content to affluent audiences.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and experience working with highend clients or products.
- Creative mindset with experience in developing engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Ability to manage projects from concept to completion ensuring deadlines are met.
- Familiarity with content management systems and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the luxury travel landscape is a plus.
- Languages: English and French is a plus
