Lathe Operator/Machinist CNC & Manual
Location: Meadville PA
Pay: Competitive Based on experience and skill level

We specialize in Laser Welding TIG Welding Cladding and Advanced Machining to support industries such as Aerospace Medical and Injection Molding. We are growing fast and looking for a skilled Lathe Operator/Machinist to join our Meadville PA team. This is your chance to build a longterm stable career with top pay excellent benefits and advancement opportunities.
What Youll Do
Program set up and operate CNC and manual lathes and milling machines
Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
Program and design in Esprit or Mastercam
Calculate and document dimensions tolerances and machining parameters
Determine optimal machining techniques for precision work
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency
Think creatively and solve complex machining challenges
What Were Looking For
Strong CNC and manual lathe experience
Proficiency in CAD software (Mastercam and Esprit preferred)
Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD data
Strong math skills precision is key
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Thrives in a fastpaced hightech environment
Preferred Experience
Manual Bridgeport and lathe operation 3 years
CNC programming and operation 5 year
