Job Overview


We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at ExcelR Solutions. As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective lead generation prospecting and closing deals. This is a fulltime position with a focus on business development and customer relationship management.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 13 years of experience in inside sales or business development roles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Contact potential customers through phone calls emails and social media platforms to present our training offerings.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate training solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends competitive landscape and customer feedback.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the management team.
