The Senior Legal Counsel Investments plays a pivotal role in managing and facilitating real estate transactions including investments joint ventures and financings. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of real estate law and the ability to draft negotiate and interpret various legal documents. Additionally the Senior Legal Counsel collaborates with external legal counsel and internal corporate stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and support the Links strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and facilitate real estate transactions including investments joint ventures and financings.

• Draft negotiate and interpret various legal documents related to real estate transactions.

• Collaborate with external legal counsel and internal corporate stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and support strategic objectives.

• Conduct due diligence and assess potential legal risks associated with real estate transactions.

• Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters to senior management and other departments.

• Ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws regulations and Link policies.

• Maintain uptodate knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.

• Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris doctor (JD) degree with at least 6 years of relevant law firm or inhouse experience.

• Licensed as a practicing attorney in good standing.

• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills required.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.

• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced growthoriented Link.
