Job Description
- To organize day to day preventive & predictive maintenance of the equipment used for theairconditioning & refrigeration. (Utility)
2. Daikin McQuay make Chiller 400Tr
3. Centrifugal pumps Sump Pumps Airhandling Units & Fan Coils Units.
4. Cooling Towers Air Compressor Vacuum machine and Boilers Etc.
5. Laundry & Kitchen equipments
6. Water treatment plant & STP plant
7. D.G. set 1250 KVA Emergency lights & UPS.
- Preparing the PPM schedule & energy conservation plan & implementing the same.
- Carrying out PPM of public back of house area & all utilities as per PPM calendar
- To follow daily maintenance checklist for all critical equipments.
- To look after the maintenance & operation of all utility such as Electrical Plumbing HVAC Gas & Telephone network.
- Approaching to zero maintenance of all critical equipments.
- To check & monitoring the energy consumption of water electricity & gas.
- To make sure that all equipments are operated as per S.O.P.
- Cocoordinating with agencies such as Reliance energy BMC MGL MTNL TATA telecom Schindler lift and Blue star for their regular services.
- B.E. Mechanical or B. E. Electrical Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
- At least 1 to 3 years experience for Degree holder or 8 to 10 years for diploma holder in Hospital & Hotel industry in engineering maintenance department (Utility) like Electrical Plumbing HVAC Gas & Telephone network.
