Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients developing new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients including renewals endorsements and claims.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Analyze client insurance needs and provide comprehensive risk management and insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients insurance carriers and industry partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients on risk management strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of insurance services.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Executive or similar role in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products coverage and underwriting principles.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of clients and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and MS Office suite.
- Relevant insurance certifications or licenses (e.g. CIC CRM) preferred.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
