Vacancy: SERVICE CHARGE ACCOUNTS TEAM LEADER Block Management Accounts
Location: Bournemouth BH8
Salary: 35k 38k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A position has become available for an experienced Service Charge Accounts Specialist with additional supervisory / managerial skills.
You will be working closely with the Block Management Team and you will need to be organised efficient and able to work accurately in a fastmoving environment.
Previous experience in Block Management Service Charge Accounts and some managerial skills are key because you will need to hit the ground running in a busy department.
If you have a background in the sector and are looking for a new role we would love to have a conversation with you.
Qualifications in accounting or Property Management would be ideal but experience in budgeting accounting and the preparation of Service Charge Accounts is essential.
In addition you will be responsible for the managing motivating and mentoring a team and overseeing the performance of the department so some managerial / supervisory skills would be essential in this role.

Skills required for this Service Charge Accounts Team Leader role will include:
- Previous experience in Block Management Service Accounts essential
- Managerial and mentoring skills
- Highly organised and possess strong administration ability
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Thoroughly professional approach to Block Property Management
