Nielsen Automotive Group is seeking an Assistant Manager Collision Center to join our team!

Responsibilities
- The Body Shop Assistant Manager is responsible to develop business through insurance adjusters customers and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume provide a reasonable department operating profit and maintain customer satisfaction while controlling expenses
- The Body Shop Assistant Manager directs the activities of Body Shop employees in performing body repairs meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards
- Understand keep abreast of and comply with federal state and local regulations that affect Body Shop operations such as hazardous waste disposal righttoknow and environmental updates
- Attend meetings
- Strive for teamwork with other departments
- Hold departmental meetings periodically to discuss problem areas
- Perform periodic reviews
Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Experienced in Auto Body Repair
- Working knowledge of body repair methods
- Excellent communication and phone/computer skills
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
