Key Responsibilities:
Booking Management:
- Oversee hotel and cab bookings ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with client preferences.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with hotels and transport providers to secure favorable terms.
- Maintain a comprehensive vendor database for streamlined service delivery.
Vendor Coordination:
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for reliable and timely service.
- Confirm bookings and address changes or cancellations with vendors efficiently.
- Monitor vendor performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Client Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients during their tours addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate itinerary updates and changes to clients proactively for a seamless experience.
- Offer 24/7 support during tours for emergencies or unforeseen situations.
Operational Efficiency:
- Collaborate with sales and itinerary planning teams to meet client requirements.
- Prepare and share detailed itineraries with clients before travel.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all service operations.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Travel Management Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience:14 years in travel operations with expertise in hotel and cab bookings.
- Strong knowledge of travel industry trends and vendor networks.
- Exceptional negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in travel management software.
- Availability for oncall client support during tours.
