Were looking for an innovative Account Manager to join our growing team.

The Account Manager uses strong Customer Relationship Management skills to establish and maintain support for the successful delivery of services to client(s). This role helps build and grow strategic partnerships with clients including deepening the relationship. Support may include client solution usage assessments product feedback client success measures client satisfaction and retention strategies. Additional tasks may include client discovery profiling data analysis opportunity realization presentation preparation as well as various related tasks overall support of business development projects and day to day operational projects. May have ownership of a small book of business and client relationships.

What youll do:

    • Be the main point of contact for weekly client calls questions reporting and product requirements
    • Build resources and documentation necessary to deliver value to clients
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients ensure they are trained and effectively using the product on a consistent basis in line with their defined objectives and strategy
    • Deepen the client relationship to include other parts of payer organization to support pipeline growth
    • Understand client business objectives and support them as their primary contact
    • Develop client Playbooks Measurable KPIs Use Cases and client personas
    • Monitor and escalate support issues as appropriate to the appropriate team
    • Communicate product enhancements and new functionalities in a timely manner to allow the customer ample time to fully adopt
    • Bring innovative ideas and problemsolving skills to contribute to the improvement of internal documents presentations and communication processes
    • Participate in the training and/or mentoring programs as assigned or required
    • Partner with internal teams within Quest Analytics to support clients needs
    • Adheres to the Quest Analytics Values and supports a positive companys culture
    • Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Analytics management and staff in a professional and expedient manner
    • Support / reinforce consistent billing practices
    • Other Duties As Assigned

Required Education and/or Experience:

    • Bachelors degree preferred or 3 years Account Management experience
    • 4 years of experience working within and or with large strategic health insurance payers
    • 3 years of experience in Account Management in Health Insurance or Healthcare Software company
    • 3 years of experience demonstrating customer relationship management exceptional customer service and follow up skills
    • 2 years of experience assessing customer usage and demonstrating broadscale solution capabilities
    • Ability to build effective relationships demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to support clients with establishing multiyear plans measurable KPIs including ROI analysis
    • Ability to support client playbook development for sales pipeline growth
    • Ability to influence client representatives leadership up through CSuite
    • Ability to multitask be careful and thorough about detail and meet deadlines
    • Ability to analyze information and use logic and process to address workrelated issues and problems
    • Effective and clear communications with business and technical teams
    • Handson use of and/or familiarity of Quest Analytics Product Suite
    • Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Excel Word Access PowerPoint
    • Able to travel up to 10
    • Selfmotivated and able to work in a fastpaced deadlineoriented environment
    • Excellent troubleshooting listening and problemsolving skills
    • Proven ability to solve complex issues
    • Works well in a team environment
