JOB SUMMARY
As a Product Manager you will be a key member of our innovative team responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in bringing these ventures to life by conducting indepth market research analyzing consumer trends and developing robust business plans. Your work will directly contribute to the launch and success of innovative new ventures within the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research including competitive analysis market sizing trend identification and customer segmentation.
- Utilize frameworks such as diffusion analysis to identify and prioritize highgrowth opportunities.
- Develop robust business plans including financial projections gotomarket strategies and risk assessments.
Sourcing Initiative Leadership:
- Partner with design and development teams to identify strategic supplier needs
- Create and manage sourcing requests/work orders for Thailand sourcing team
- Coordinate supplier evaluations between design development and sourcing teams
- Maintain clear communication through regular meetings and project management
Opportunity Evaluation:
- Review product opportunities identified by sourcing team.
- Coordinate evaluation process with brand managers and product development teams.
- Validate market opportunities through indepth research and hypothesisdriven testing.
- Analyze market attractiveness using frameworks like Porters Five Forces and SWOT analysis.
Product Development & Launch:
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams (product development marketing sales) to bring new ventures to market.
- Develop detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and launch plans.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmaps.
Business Case Development:
- Prepare compelling pitch decks and presentations to secure executive approval for new ventures.
- Develop and analyze financial models including costbenefit analysis breakeven analysis and forecasting.
Continuous Learning & Development:
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in new venture development.
- Participate in professional development programs and industry events.

PROFESSINAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach.
- Excellent research writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in market research methodologies and tools.
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the success of new ventures.
- Experience with lean startup methodologies or design thinking a plus.
- Experience in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment a plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. The employee may be required to bend twist reach push pull and operate office machinery and motor vehicles.

Schedules will vary depending on business needs and may entail working nights weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of normal departmental operating hours.
