In this dynamic role youll be a very important point of contact for our clients ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Your engaging personality and commitment to excellence will enhance our clients experiences making each visit memorable.
Flexible Work Schedule:
- Monday: 7:00/8:00 AM 3:00/4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00/8:00 AM 3:00/4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Warm Welcomes: Greet clients visitors and guests with enthusiasm setting a positive tone for their visit.
Client Assistance: Offer beverages and baked goods ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
Lounge Ambiance: Maintain a clean inviting lounge area by stocking products and ensuring tidiness.
Status Updates: Keep clients informed about their vehicle status enhancing transparency and trust.
Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
Qualifications:
