Job Description
Position Overview:
Pettus Ford De Soto is seeking a reliable professional and courteousPickup & Delivery Driverto join our service team. In this role youll play a key part in providing an exceptional customer experience by transporting customer vehicles to and from our service department. If youre detailoriented friendly and have a clean driving record we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments
Ensure timely and efficient transportation of vehicles between customer locations and the dealership
Perform vehicle walkarounds and take photos prior to transport
Accurately document vehicle mileage condition and pickup/dropoff times
Provide a friendly professional interaction with customers
Communicate with the service team regarding scheduling and delivery updates
Maintain a clean professional appearance and represent Pettus Ford De Soto with integrity
Requirements:
Must have avalid drivers licenseand aclean driving record
Must be dependable punctual and able to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Ability to handle and drive a variety of vehicles including trucks and SUVs and the occasional manual transmission.
Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and be on your feet for extended periods
