Job Description
Title: Project Manager (possibly Senior Project Manager or Project Director)
Location: Ironton Project (St. Louis MO)
Reports to: Manufacturing Director
Project Manager develops and oversees capital and processrelated projects in accordance with organizational strategy and objectives. Provides overall strategic direction for project by overseeing the development of the scope standards processes and tools used for effective project delivery and develops and administers project budgets policies and procedures to maximize investment and benefit.
Required Qualifications
Education: BS/BA Degree in Engineering or related field required.
Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in project management leadership and vendor management.
Knowledge: Manufacturing excellence tools and principles project management processes and best practices in project documentation required.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: PMP certification strongly preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
Abilities: Ability to work and communicate well with employees at all levels of the organization.
