Join our dynamic Minnetonkabased AVrated law firm as an Associate bringing a wealth of expertise with a minimum of 3 years in trust and estate matters. Your demonstrated proficiency in handling wills trusts powers of attorneys and probate documents is essential. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of estate settlement income estate and multigenerational taxation with a background in trusts being highly valued.
Candidates with additional corporate/transactional experience are encouraged to apply as it would be a valuable asset to our team. A stellar academic and professional track record is a must coupled with exceptional writing verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
