Job Description
WILL Immploy a project of WILL Employment Solutions connects employers with immigrant job seekers willing to work in Southwestern Ontario Canada. We are currently seeking interested candidates to present to a regional employer for this advertised position.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for commercial institutional and industrial projects.
- Analyze project drawings specifications and tender documents to develop accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bids.
- Assist in value engineering and risk assessment during preconstruction.
- Maintain and update estimating databases and cost benchmarks.
- Assist in tender closing process ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Construction Technology.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years working as an estimator with a General Contractor.
- Proficiency in estimating Bluebeam Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
