Determine consumption limits prior to intoxication of guest. To oversee productivity of bar staff and enforce bar policies. Have a working knowledge of Lodge features and events and be able to share them with guests.

Have excellent mixology skills and knowledge of liquors and wines. Have a good understanding of state liquor laws. Demonstrate leadership and professionalism at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be over 21 years of age; have a minimum of two years experience in the restaurant industry; present self professionally; possess strong communications skills; be customer oriented; be a team player; have the ability to stay calm and professional under any situation and/or circumstance; be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds while negotiating stairs and moving quickly; possess manual dexterity and coordination; be comfortable with constant walking reaching standing and lifting; have a current Washington State Food Handlers permit; have a current Alcohol Servers Permit.
