Full TimeEvent Coordinator

Our restaurant boasts a modern and sleek design with plenty of space to enjoy a delicious meal catch a game on one of our large screens or relax in the comfortable lounge area. Our experienced chefs use only the freshest ingredients to prepare mouthwatering dishes sure to satisfy even the most discerning palate.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate is highly organized personable and detail oriented. The Event Coordinator handles the event planning and client communication from start to finish. This person must work with multiple departments to ensure an orderly and enjoyable event. Customer service skills and attention to detail are a necessity for this position. The Event Coordinator must be capable of multitasking and work well with strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with room setup and teardown as needed ensuring event spaces are prepared and returned to their original condition.
Perform daily cleaning to ensure event spaces are tour ready.
Respond to inquiries within 24 hours (except for those received after 4:00pm on Fridays).
Provide accurate estimates for potential events.
Handle the booking of private events including contract management and deposit collection.
Prepare and manage invoices for all private events.
Maintain detailed records of all private events.
Manage and update event calendars using Bizzflo and TripleSeat including both member and private events.
Detail Banquet Event Orders to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Serve as an onsite event point person as needed.
Ensure TripleSeat is current with accurate information including pricing and contracts.
Participate in collaborative and creative event planning for member events including brainstorming and research.
Complete tasks associated with member events as needed or directed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 19 years of age
  • 3 years of related experience within the event service or hospitality industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work with fluctuating schedules based on departmental needs.
  • Some weekends may be required.

Compensation:
