Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycleincluding:
Work with managers to define position requirements
Develop and execute a recruiting strategy includingproactive recruiting evaluating and selecting appropriate sourcing methodsfor current openings
Sourcing creatively including social media networkingand general outofthebox thinking
Review and screen resumes
Interviewing qualified candidates and coordinating theinterview process for hiring managers
Provide strategic hiring recommendations to managers
Generate and manage offers
Adhering to background check policies and procedures
Develop communicate and maintain documentation forrecruiting and hiring processes for managers and supervisors
Tracking candidate activity to requisitions
Maintaining and utilizing staffing reports to identifytrends and make recommendations for overall process improvements
Support the internal posting process by facilitatinginterviews for internal candidates in a timely and responsive manner
Research recommend and implement creative recruitmenttechniques as needed
Promote and educate on Employee Value Proposition
