Salary: $50000 $60000 annually
Bonus potential: $2500 quarterly based on performance (uncapped)
MTC is seeking a dynamic and customerfocused individual to join our team as an Account Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients ensuring their satisfaction with our nonemergent medical transportation services. The Account Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving concerns and proactively managing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Proactively identify and engage with potential clients including hospitals Long Term Acute Facilities Skilled Nursing Facilities Hospice and other healthcare providers.
Present GMTCare services emphasizing their value and benefits.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and .
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries feedback and issue resolution.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients to provide information about services schedules and any changes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with operations and other teams to ensure effective resolution of issues.
Customer Satisfaction:
Monitor and assess client satisfaction through surveys feedback and regular communication.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Service Coordination:
Coordinate transportation services based on client needs and schedules.
Ensure accurate and timely communication of service details to clients and internal teams.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and uptodate client records.
Generate regular reports on client interactions feedback and satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in health industry sales client relations customer service marketing or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
