This Deputy Project Manager (DPM) role a tremendous opportunity to transform and accelerate the development and insertion of intelligence community technology capabilities and processes that produce analyses to inform national level decision making. The DPM reports to the PM who is accountable for developing integrating and sustaining technical capabilities and business processes into a highprofile U.S. government intelligence community program that crafts and delivers intelligence insights to senior executive and leadership at and across the highest level of government.
This project provides the government support and refinement of legacy cloudbased software application support and sustainment; new software capability development; deployment and sustainment; integration of technical capabilities into existing and new production business processes to optimize production and dissemination of intelligence products.
The DPM role is a critical position responsible for ensuring the successful and technical delivery to contract requirements and corporate standards. As appropriate the DPM will also serve as the PMs delegated representative for coordinating with the Contracting Officer (CO) Contracting Officers Representative (COR) government Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and the Government Program Manager.
The DPM will coordinate and oversee the projects key programmatic efforts to support the PMs and contracts goals in support of highquality and technical delivery excellence.
This position is located in our Washington DC; however a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Reporting directly to the PM the DPM assists the PM in of a large technical project to contractuallyrequired performance integrated delivery schedule and cost targets while simultaneously implementing both tactical capability and process improvements and strategic transformation;
Lead a tram of Earned Value Management (EVM) practitioners to ensure rigorous application of EVM principles and methodology to track and report delivered value to the client.
Coordinate with Agile development practitioners to support the application of consistent and rigorous Agile methodologies across the project;
Coordinate with corporate secure facility and personnel and information security experts to ensure cognizant government and corporate policies are rigorously applied and corporate resources are brough to bear in support of project objectives;
Serve as the project coordinator with corporate Human Resources recruiting and training units;
Represent and coordinate with corporate finance program control and formal project reporting functions;
Demonstrate excellence written and oral communication in all products and engagements to executive audiences at the highest levels of government.
Currently hold TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
Bachelors Degree in Mathematics Engineering Computer Sciences Management Information Systems Information Technology Management or similar credentials or supporting experience.
Exposure and familiarity with intelligence analysis production processes.
PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a minimum of seven 7 years experience managing clientfacing technical projects of similar size and scale.
Experience standing up and executing large complex technical projects in a missionfocused national security domain.
Experience working within the Intelligence Community or classified DOD programs at the senior executive / leadership level.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for meritbased performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $125500.00 $241600.00.
