Job Description Summary

Early Career Trainee Clinical Specialist to support healthcare professionals in the effective utilization of CArm imaging systemsduring surgical procedures. This role involves handson support proactive training and ensuring customer satisfaction by enhancing product knowledge and application.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite clinical supportto healthcare professionals during surgeries involving CArm systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshopsfor surgeons radiographers and OR staff to optimize system usage.
  • Offer proactive education and application trainingto healthcare providers using our installed base (IB).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiriesand enhance product efficiency.
  • Ensure customer satisfactionby addressing concerns and providing best practices for system operation.
  • Stay updated on latest clinical trends and technological advancementsto enhance training quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Newly graduated or 2 years of experience at most.
  • Preferably technical knowledge or experiencein radiology biomedical engineering operating room technology or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of medical imaging equipment preferably CArm or fluoroscopy systems.
  • Excellent communication and training skillsto effectively educate healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a surgical environment providing realtime support during procedures.
  • Proactive problemsolving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
