Job Description
Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort IL is currently seeking a full time Automotive Aftermarket Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team of motivated staff. If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service and want to build a career working as a representative with exciting new products we look forward to speaking with you. This position requires the ability to work 4 days during the workweek and every Saturday. Approximately 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Aftermarket Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss available interior/exterior environmental protection packages accessories and more for customers that are in the process of purchasing a vehicle Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort IL.
- Schedule appointments installs etc.
- Coordinate with vendors for packages & parts
- Check in with customers
- Communicate daily with Service Department
Qualifications:
- Flexible availability
- No dealership experience required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Organizational skills
- The ideal candidate must have an outgoing personality (i.e. a people person)
- Basic computer email and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Must be willing to submit to a preemployment background check and drug screen
