Responsibilities
Qualifications
Global Business lead for Aurora Application Center of Excellence (Process System access support Helpdesk Support upgrades Training & Communication metrics etc)
Responsibilities
- Center of Excellence Planning & driving the CoE team to meet milestones as needed
- Translate high level strategic intent into operational process flow mapping & design
- Global Coordination with Purchasing IT Finance Payables EY & Ariba as needed (ensure compliance approvals. etc)
- Become SME on Aurora (SAP Ariba) and support Issue resolution/Trouble shooting
- Represent AP voice aptly in global environment
- Interface independently with senior management
- Facilitation and action planning with cross functional constituents
- Learn & Teach
- Relationship development
- Flexible working time may be required to support the meetings as needed to progress on the project
- 2pm to 11.30pm shift onsite (GTBC) support
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience
- SAP Ariba Experience
- Candidate should come from a planning project management background
- Purchase background preferred
- Worked on regional / global projects
- Good written presentation and communication skills
- Some experience as Trainer preferred
