- Manage Drivers safety efficiency quality
- Hire & Train New Drivers
- Own routing (prepared by Office Staff)
- Drive when needed
- Yard Maintenance
- Establish document and implement Standard Operating Procedures
- Lead by example to create a positive work environment for all employees
- Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Management Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- CDL Class A or B: (Required)
- DOT Medical Card (Required)
