As a Clinical Services Manager you will direct all nursing care activities at the Southeastern Veterans Center as well as participate in the administration of multidisciplinary and nonclinical aspects of the centers operations. In conjunction with a multidisciplinary team you will plan direct monitor and evaluate facilitywide operations affecting health services. You will directinitiatives that improve resident health and social interaction develop new nursing care practices and policies and implement policies and procedures in response to assessed needs. In this role you will also direct the operations of various departmentalized disciplines and work with multidiscipline program managers concerning the coordination and integration of nursing services. Additionally you will determine and establish goals and objectives prepare and manage the department budget and interface with business office staff to evaluate the cost effectiveness of resident services.
