Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless of training programs.
Monitor client satisfaction and provide solutions for continuous improvement.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
Proven experience in key account management sales or business development.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience in the training & workforce development industry preferred.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field.
