Position: Head Girls Soccer Coach
Reports To: Athletic Director
Requirements for the Position:
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by AZ DPS
- Emergency Sub Certificate Substitute Certificate issued by ADE
- Complete a Blue Ridge Coaching Application
- Three completed references1 business 2 personal
- Yearly plan of action for the program
- Specific outline of your supervision methods practices and procedures
- Additional certifications required upon hire are (please submit with application if already completed): First Aid & CPR
